Thanks to Tomoson and Noxicare I was given the opportunity to try the New Noxicare Natural Pain Relief Capsules for the purposes of this review.
There are few people I know that enjoy pain. Other than child birth where I toughed it out and didn’t go for the epidural I really, really don’t like pain. It’s what thwarts practically every one of my attempts to lose weight. The exercise will begin in earnest and then the soreness and extreme muscle pain shuts me down completely for weeks and there goes any gains in losing I’ve made. As I mentioned previously in my review of the Noxicare topical solution, I prefer not to take painkillers like acetaminophen, aspirin or n-saids. I had good results with the topical application of Noxicare so the chance to try a systemic solution I was intrigued.
At the beginning of the month I started working out with Nichole Huntsman’s program Revolt Fitness. I was very nervous to say the least after watching some of her workout videos and how active and strenuous the workouts were. There is a lot of use of weights, lots of squats and lots of push-ups. The first thought that went through my head was “ouch”. The first week I didn’t take anything for the pain, just followed her regimen of supplementing with creatine and glutamine for strength and recovery and things did OK. The second week I was starting to get sore to the point of not being able to stand it (plus I was experiencing my monthly “gift”) so I decided to include the Noxicare Natural Pain Relief Capsules in the supplementation schedule. The first thing I noticed is that the capsules have a diuretic effect. This makes sense because pain in muscles is caused by their retaining of water after having been exerted beyond normal activity. Once I came up to speed on drinking a gallon of water a day the diuretic effect of the capsules was not even evident (I’m going to the bathroom constantly as it is, lol). The capsules did seem to help improve my recovery time and reduce the intense pain in the muscles of my back, hips and legs.
On the label it is recommended to take 2 or 3 capsules of Noxicare per day with our without meals. Ladies and gentlemen – my advice is take them WITH meals. I do not suffer from heartburn but it was a bad idea for me to take them without food. One day I took them between lunch and dinner and missed my snack time – I paid for it the rest of the evening. I experienced what tasted like spicy Indian food burps all evening and it did burn my stomach a bit. The next time and since that I’ve taken the capsules I made sure to have them with at least a snack to prevent this reaction. Considering I found they did work to assuage my pain I couldn’t see not taking them if I found a way to stop the heartburn.
Ladies aside from muscle pain I found that the capsules also help to manage PMS and menstrual related pains. This was an added bonus from these little natural wonders.
To purchase Noxicare Capsules or the Noxicare Topical solution you can visit their website. The 60 capsule count bottle of Noxicare Natural Pain Relief Capsules is $29.95 and the Noxicare Natural Pain Relief Cream in 3.5 oz. size is $26.95. I use them in conjunction because of some old injuries, like my bum right knee from a skiing accident, to make sure I’m still mobile every day. Make sure to like Noxicare on Facebook and follow them on Twitter because they have very good sales with coupon codes on a regular basis. They also run a weekly giveaway Thursday’s on Facebook.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
